Regulatory Compliance

Compliance Audits
Compliance Audits involve site visits to client facilities to conduct in-depth analysis of regulatory safety functions, including safety and training records. The hazards and exposures found are confidentially reported to clients in a hazard abatement format, listing the hazards from the most serious to the least serious. The abatement format includes a specific reference to the OSHA or EPA standard violated, provides an orderly outline for clients to enter the person(s) responsible for correcting each hazard, the date for accomplishment and/or reasons for extended correction dates.

This enables clients to meet OSHA/EPA mandates that state hazard corrections must be accomplished within a reasonable time frame consistent with the seriousness of their imminent danger to workers.
